1. General Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering, or using any service on the pgok platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legal agreement between pgok and the member.
Pgok is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. By using this platform, you confirm that you are aware of applicable local laws and use this service at your own responsibility.
Important Notice
These terms may be updated at any time. When updated, pgok will notify registered members via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after updates will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
2. Account Registration & Eligibility
To register at pgok, the following conditions must be met. All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date.
2.1 Registration Eligibility
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid identification and personal information must be provided
- Each individual may only operate one account
- You must use your own name and your own payment method
- A valid email address and mobile number must be provided
2.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login information completely confidential. Never share login information with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact pgok support immediately.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
Pgok may request documents from members for identity verification at any time. KYC procedures are typically required in the following cases:
- At the time of first large withdrawal
- If unusual activity is suspected in the account
- Before withdrawing bonuses
- As per regulatory requirements
3. Payments & Financial Transactions
3.1 Deposit
Deposits can be made at pgok via Mobile Banking, bank transfer, and approved e-wallets. The minimum deposit amount is specified and clearly stated on the platform. pgok only accepts deposits from the member's own payment method — third-party payments are not accepted.
3.2 Withdrawal
Account verification must be completed for withdrawals. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours, but delays may occur if KYC is not completed.
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method as the deposit
- Direct withdrawal from bonus balance is not permitted
- Winnings from bonuses can only be withdrawn after wagering requirements are met
- Pgok may place a hold on withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions
Anti-money laundering policy
Pgok strictly adheres to international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. If a member is found to be involved in suspicious financial activity, the relevant information will be reported to regulatory authorities and the account will be suspended.
4. Bonus & Promotion Policy
All bonuses and promotional offers at pgok are subject to specific terms. It is the responsibility of each member to carefully read the relevant terms before claiming a bonus.
4.1 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has its own wagering requirements
- Real balance is used before betting with bonus funds
- Bonus will be cancelled if wagering requirements are not met within the specified period
- Multiple bonuses are generally not applicable simultaneously
- Bonuses are valid for use on pgok only and cannot be transferred
4.2 Bonus Fraud
Pgok detects bonus abuse through automated systems. If bonus fraud or bonus abusing activities are detected, bonuses will be cancelled and the associated account may be suspended.
Understanding bonuses correctly
Wagering requirement means you must bet a specified multiple of the bonus. For example, 35x wagering on a BDT 1,000 bonus means you must place total bets of BDT 35,000. Bonus game details are available on the promotions page.
5. Betting Rules
The following rules must be followed to participate in Sports Betting and casino sections at pgok.
- All bets are final and cannot be changed once confirmed
- Involvement in match fixing or any form of sports corruption is strictly prohibited
- Pgok reserves the right to cancel bets if incorrect odds are displayed due to technical errors
- Pgok is not liable for bets that fail to register due to internet disconnection during live betting
- Pgok reserves the right to set specific betting limits
- Use of betting software or bots is completely prohibited
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are completely prohibited on the pgok platform and will result in account closure:
- Creating or managing multiple accounts
- Using a false identity or impersonating another person
- Money laundering or illegal financial transactions
- Using betting bots or automated software
- Exploiting platform security vulnerabilities
- Bonus fraud or misuse
- Fraudulent behavior towards other members
- Attempting to hack the platform or cyber attacks
- Depositing or betting using third-party funds
7. Responsible Gaming
Pgok believes that gaming is for entertainment only. pgok gives the highest priority to responsible gaming and is committed to ensuring a safe gaming experience for members.
- Members can set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits
- Reality check reminders can be activated
- Temporary self-exclusion is available (from 1 day up to 6 months)
- Permanent self-exclusion is also available — once activated, it is difficult to reverse
- Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately

8. Privacy & Data Protection

9. Account Suspension & Closure
Pgok reserves the right to suspend or close accounts without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these terms
- Providing false information or identity fraud
- Suspicious financial activity
- Bonus fraud or operating multiple accounts
- Misconduct towards other members or pgok staff
Members may request account closure at any time. Any remaining real balance will be refunded following verification — however, bonus balance is non-refundable.
10. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, first contact pgok customer support. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication.
- Support queries will be responded to within 7 business days
- In disputes regarding game results, RNG certification logs will be considered primary evidence
- Pgok's decisions are generally final, but there is an option to appeal to regulatory authorities
- The laws of the platform's licensing jurisdiction apply to dispute resolution
11. Policy on Changes to Terms and Conditions
Pgok reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these terms at any time. In case of significant changes, members will be notified at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
